Step 1 | Preliminary Design
First, we will review our Custom Home Specifications to see what we include as standard with our new construction. Then we work with you, one-on-one with our in-house architect, to hone in on what you want in your dream-home. We will create a custom plan, and with your continued input, we will adjust it until you are completely satisfied.
Step 2 | Review & Order
Once the lot, home design and contract details have been agreed to, we fill out a Memorandum Of Sale and require a $7500 Deposit. This deposit, which will be used towards your purchase price, is for the completion of the architectural plans and administrative fees to proceed into contract.
Step 3 | Selections
You have an opportunity to select numerous options in the building process. The Material Selection Form, expanded upon in the selection guides, is important to keep the building of your home on schedule utilizing the specifications and features that you have chosen for your custom home.
