• Yes, we have the ability to use plans from another architect, but to get the best experience, we suggest using our in-house architect to help design your house exactly the way you want.

What are the yearly taxes at your Somers Crossing Luxury Condo Community?

• They range from $10,000 - $12,000 per year depending on which unit is selected.

What are the average utility costs for the condos at Somers Crossing?

• Because we use Geothermal HVAC, spray-foam and seam-sealed insulated house wrap as standard, heating and cooling costs are incredibly low. The average electricity cost, (inc. heating and cooling) is $80/month.

What are the HOA fees at Somers Crossing and what does it cover?

• The HOA Fees are $380/m and cover all exterior maintenance including landscaping, snow plowing, snow shoveling, garbage removal, and any additional exterior upkeep.

At Somers Crossing, am I able to make any custom modifications?

• We offer a huge variety of premium finishes which allow you to design the inside of your new condo to your unique taste. However, because we are required to provide what is outlined in the Somers Crossing Offering Plan, so we cannot accommodate custom requests.
