What are the HOA fees at Somers Crossing and what does it cover?

  • The HOA Fees are $380/m and cover all exterior maintenance including landscaping, snow plowing, snow shoveling, garbage removal, and any additional exterior upkeep.

At Somers Crossing, am I able to make any custom modifications?
